Second International conference and Exhibition on pharmaceutical and healthcare sciecnes PHS2022

With the grace and success of God, the activities of the Second International Conference, PHS 2022, and the accompanying exhibition, organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Alexandria University, took place at Hilton Green Plaza on Wednesday and Thursday, November 23 and 24, 2022.
The conference was opened under the auspices and presence of Dr. Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, and Dr. Yasser Refaat, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Scientific Research Affairs.
Dr. Mervat Kassem, Dean of the Faculty and President of the Conference, stated that this conference is one of the largest international conferences for pharmaceutical and health sciences held in Egypt and the Middle East. Moreover, the Egyptian Medicines Authority participated in it, as the conference adopts "Egypt's Vision for Health Care 2030".

Dr. Sherif Rostom, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the conference rapporteur, indicated that the conference, during its current session, hosted nearly 60 scholars of pharmaceutical and medical sciences from various Egyptian and international universities, and more than 1,000 participants from Egypt and around the world. That is represented from 20 medical institutions and Egyptian and international companies in the field of manufacturing and marketing medicines, devices, equipment, and public pharmacies.
The conference included holding 18 sessions containing 53 scientific lectures, and workshops, delivered by 21 scientists from international universities and 32 Egyptian scientists in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug economics.
